An optional free diagnostic test is conducted in the pre-registration process. It allows the organisation to establish a baseline highlighting 'where a student stands' at the time of starting the classes with the organisation.
The organisation will share with the students and/or parents a brief performance evaluation report within 48 hours of conduct of the diagnostic test.
Registration is considered complete only when complete information is provided and fees are paid by the due date mentioned in the invoice.
The schedule will be mutually agreed upon at the time of registration or beginning of a new term by all stakeholders involved, including parents and/or students, instructors, and the organisation.
The classes will start and end at the stipulated time as laid out in the schedule. It is the responsibility of students to be available for the class.
Students must be seated in an isolated place while in an online class with their mics turned off. The mic may be turned on anytime during the class to ask questions, respond to the instructor's questions, or participate in class discussions.
Crosstalk among students studying in a group is strongly discouraged. Discussion on the topic at hand may be carried out with the permission of the instructor.
It is strongly advised that students keep their cameras on throughout the class to foster an interactive learning environment.
All lectures will be recorded, and students/parents will have access to the recordings throughout the period of registration in the course(s).
The language of instruction and communication in class will be English.
Students are advised to be appropriately dressed while attending class.
Tests and quizzes may be conducted in class or given as home assignments. It is the responsibility of students to attempt these tests and quizzes with honesty and integrity. Parents, where applicable, are expected to ensure a conducive environment for this purpose.
All home assignments must be submitted within the stipulated time as determined by the instructor.
Use of unfair means for tests, quizzes, or home assignments and late submissions may limit our ability to identify students' weaker areas.
The organisation strictly discourages instructors from solving students' school assignments for them, as it is deemed ethically incorrect. However, students may seek help from instructors.
Instructors may assist students outside of scheduled class timings at their discretion, but they are not obligated to do so. Students are encouraged to ask questions during scheduled classes or post questions in their dashboard on the organisational website.
In case of school exams, planned holidays, or events, the class schedule may be changed upon mutual understanding, but this is not guaranteed.
Requests for schedule changes must be submitted at least one month in advance. Last-minute requests may not be accommodated.
For group classes, rescheduling will be determined by a majority consensus. If no consensus is reached, the organisation will make the final decision.
All rescheduled classes must be completed within the same or next billing cycle. There will be no change in billing amounts as the organisation ensures all prepaid classes are conducted.
If an instructor is unavailable for a scheduled class, the student(s) will be informed, and a make-up session will be arranged within the same or following billing cycle.
If an instructor fails to attend a class without prior notice, students may leave after waiting 15 minutes. A make-up class will be arranged within the same week or the next.
If a student does not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, the instructor will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before leaving. No make-up class will be arranged.
In cases of emergencies, prior notice may be waived, and a make-up class may be arranged at the organisation's discretion.
A group class will proceed as scheduled unless all students request a reschedule.
If a consensus is not reached for rescheduling, the organisation's decision will be final.
Students who miss a group class will not receive a make-up class but will have access to the lecture recording.
All fees must be paid in advance by the due date mentioned on the invoice.
Late fees may result in de-registration and restricted access to course materials.
In case of potential delays, students/parents must inform the organisation in advance.
The organisation reserves the right to change fees at any time, with reasonable notice provided to students/parents.
A one-month prior notice is required for deregistration from a course.
Fees are typically charged on a monthly basis. No refunds will be issued once fees are paid, but the organisation commits to providing all services for which payment has been received.
